A person comes under attack because the enemy wants to contend with his destiny. The meaning of the enemy coming in like a flood is to overwhelm the believer with accusations which he is sure to do when the believer falls into his trap. Our way to conquer Europe runs via London. He is busier than ever promoting doubt, discontent, discouragement, dissension, double-mindedness, and disobedience. We are to submit ourselves to God and resist the enemy. All he asks of us is that we trust him, obey His commandments and follow His lead.
